Abilitations Egg Ohs! Handwriting Grips - Set of 3

Customer Reviews

Great Adaptation for Accessibility
I thought they'd be made of a tougher material, but the dense foam makes for an attractive, easy to grip texture. It's been great for our adult daughter who is dealing with a degenerative nervous system disease and has lost more fine motor skills recently. Additionally, we were able to cut a slice in one side and use them to help put a grip able surface on the syringes our daughter uses for round the clock medication. With the recent loss of more of her fine motor skills, she hasn't been able to dispense medication through her central line as she could before. These grips have given her a piece of independence!

I like them
I like these. They fit regular pencils, colored pencils and thin pens. They are easy to hold for my hands with severe RA but the more they are taken off one colored pencil and changed to a different color, the less tightly the pencil seems to be held by the egg. So I may have to wrap a little tape around the pencil to give it bulk as time goes on but overall, I like these. Would buy again.
